Bring tired blacktop back to black.

A soy-based sealer and rejuvenator for driveways, parking lots and paths that are already paved. Spray it on, let it dry, and the gray, dried-out surface turns dark again while the top layer gets sealed up.

  • Soy-based
  • Made in America
  • For existing asphalt

Made for pavement that's faded, dry and starting to show its age

Restores the color

Sun and weather bleach asphalt to a chalky gray. Asphalt Sealer soaks into the surface and returns it to a deep, even black.

Seals the top layer

It works into the surface instead of sitting on it as a paint-like film, helping keep out water, sun, road salt, and oil or fuel drips.

Soy-based, made in the USA

Made from soybeans rather than coal tar, and produced in America. We ship it factory direct from our facility in Dayton, Iowa.

Use it on any existing asphalt surface

  • Home driveways that have faded or started to ravel at the edges
  • Parking lots for businesses, churches, schools and apartments
  • Walking paths, trails and bike lanes
  • Farm lanes and private roads that are paved with hot mix asphalt

Got a millings driveway instead?

Loose or packed recycled asphalt millings need our Asphalt Millings Sealer, which soaks deep into the millings and re-bonds them. Asphalt Sealer is for surfaces that are already paved.

Cracks wider than a pencil?

Fill them with Crack Sealer first, then seal the whole surface.

Four steps, one dry day

  1. 1

    Clean

Sweep or blow off dirt, leaves and loose stones. Pressure wash oil spots and let the pavement dry completely.

  2. 2

    Repair

Fill cracks with Crack Sealer and let them set before you seal the surface.

  3. 3

    Spray

Apply an even coat with our Bucket Sprayer, which hooks straight to the pail. Don't let it puddle. Pick a dry day with no rain in the forecast.

  4. 4

    Keep traffic off

Let it dry fully before you walk or drive on it. Follow the drying time on the pail label.

Follow the directions on the pail label. Questions about your project? Call us at 515-517-2288.
